Shot blasting machine price in india

The shot blasting machine performs the use of a mechanical method of propelling abrasive using a centrifugal wheel to remove a layer of the surface and contaminants from the surface of metal and steel products. There are three basic purposes that demand the need to blast before finishing the product:

It cleans and descales the exteriors Enhances paint adhesion by adding flexibility to the surface of metal products

Efficiently reduces maintenance costs by increasing the life of the coating This machine is used to remove unwanted corrosion and metallic waste on the surface of finished goods. This is done for making the surface uniform and to make it smoother for a better finish after paint or other applications. The process also works for cleaning rust, the roughness of the surface and further fabrication. The shot blasting machine is used for cleaning the rough edges of different parts of an automobile or any other molding parts that have sharp surfaces and uneven.

Two Technologies are utilized inShot Blasting Machine. Shot Blasting has been classified into two subcategories that are grit blasting and abrasive blasting:

Wheel blasting: An airless operation, this method uses a wheel with the outward force for propelling the abrasive upon the surface. This happens as the wheel revolutions at a speed of 3600 RPM with a high velocity and high-efficiency blasting operation with more responsive time cycles. Because of its high velocity this type of blasting technique uses metallic abrasives like the steel shots, stainless steel shot and grit, steel grit, or cut the wire that is available in different hardness levels. This technique works by converting the electric motor energy into kinetic energy through the process of continuous rotation of its wheels. Each wheel has a capacity that ranges from 60 kg per minute to 1200kg per minute. Wheel blasting is used in places that have big parts or large areas of the parts that need to be cleaned at a similar time.

Air-blasting: The air blasting machines are raised up in a way that they are serving to inject shots like those of glassful beads into a nozzle with the help of compressed air. The air blasting machines are essentially divided into types of:
Gravity Suction
Direct Pressure
Blower
The air blasting machine has a dust collector where the injected shots are recirculated through the suction of force and separation from foreign matter as they are re-circulated and injected again. This dry process is environment-friendly. Different from the regular blasting media being used, a media based on water mix can also be used in it for some of the special applications and this is referred to as wet blasting. air blasting can take the sort of a blast cabinet, here the blast media is expedited with compressed air that is propelled through nozzles in the component.

Portable Shot blasting machine

A portable shot blasting machine is typically powered by an air compressor and Shot Blasting Hopper is named extremely because of its small-sized blasting pot. The air compressor is provided a large volume of high-pressure air to a single "blasting pot" or shot blasting hopper. Blasting pots are pressurized, tank-like containers, filled with abrasive material (garnet sand) and used to allow an adjustable amount of blasting sand into the main blasting line.

Portable Shot Blasting Equipments

Fully equipped Shot Blasting machine is usually found mounted on wheels, giving high versatility and easy transportation from site to site. It is also identified by Portable Shot Blasting Equipments. Tungsten Carbide Nozzle is at the opening of the blasting hose on the Portable Shot Blasting Machine.

Portable shot blasting machine price depends on blasting pot capacity and cleaning rate of the blasting machine. Our four models have different capacities and different cleaning rates. Each shot blasting hopper price is different according to models. Tank sheet thickness is 6mm with hydraulically tested at 250 PSIg. Hydraulically tested shot blasting equipment is air tested with blasting hose, shot blasting nozzle, fitting.

Portable shot blasting machine mashroom valve is pneumatically operated which reduce cost of blasting machine. Our Shot Blasting Equipment maintenance is very low so our equipment demand in all countries such as UAE, iran, iraq, china, qatar, dubai, canada, kenya, Sri lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh etc. We are the largest portable shot blasting machine manufacturer in india.

Working Principle of shot blasting machine

The method that no metal industry owner can function without is shot Blasting. It is used in nearly every industry that uses elements such as aerospace, construction, automotive, foundry, rail, shipbuilding and many more extra. It is applied to clean, induce might also be known as shot peening or to finish the element surfaces. The process of blasting has become an indispensable aspect of the metal building and the steel structure industry. This blasting technique provides some major benefits for the protection and maintenance of steel and metal products. Before you take a look at the functioning of a shot blasting machine let us take a glimpse at some of the benefits that make this technique such an important part of the metal industry.

The blasting process involves the use of two technologies:
Wheel Blasting Technique
Air Blasting
The shot blasting machine performs use of a mechanical arrangement of moving abrasive using a centrifugal wheel to remove a layer of the surface and pollutants from the surface of metal and steel products. There are three basic purposes that require the shortage to blast before finishing the product:
It cleanses and descales the surfaces
Enhances paint adhesion by adding texture to the surface of metal products
Efficiently reduces maintenance costs by increasing the life of the coating
This machine is used to remove unwanted corrosion and metallic waste on the surface of finished goods. This is done for obtaining the surface uniform and to make it more regular for a better finish after paint or other applications. The process also works for cleaning rust, the roughness of the surface and further fabrication.
As part of this method of blasting, a controlled stream of abrasive shot material is moved towards the metallic or steel exterior that needs to be shot blasted with. There is a blast wheel that is placed at the heart of the machine. As soon as the revolution of the wheel starts, the metallic strokes or the shot media are channelized towards its center. From this position onwards, the abrasives are accelerated and hurled into the direction of the surface which is being prepared for finishing. After the completion of this process, the contaminants, as well as the media, make a rebound into a separation system that contains the dust collection system. Just like the name suggests, the dust collector is responsible for collecting or for removing the media that is pulverized, contaminants or dust. The remaining media gets recycled by returning it to the storage hopper where the particles can be kept for using them in the future.
